1) Sky news has chose to to represent the story on the side of the police.They favoured the police.

2)The police are favoured and are presented as heroes.

3) Young people represented in this coverage as violent and abusive youths. 

4) In the news you are sometimes presented with crime stories which have the criminals who the  get convicted so the end equilibrium is them getting punished.  

5) The police are presented as heroes and the people rioting are presented as villains. Dialogue like "the police are tackling these problems" demonstrates this.

6) Citizen Journalism is used to portray the story in a non-institutional way.It may be the most genuine piece of journalism as their is no/very little modification from news institutions.
